One of Tampa Bays best guitarists, frontman GARY SCHUTT, originally from New York state, comes from being the sideman in two Tampa Bay cover bands, the widely popular DISCO INFERNO and THE UNTOUCHABLES. The time has come for Gary to step forth and take over! Gary has released 7 solo CD's on his own and has toured the world with former Yngwie Malmsteen and Journey vocalist JEFF SCOTT SOTO. Gary graduated and taught at the prstigeous Berklee College of Music. During his career, Gary has performed with , Neal Schon (Journey), Robin Zander (Cheap Trick), Dave Meniketti (Y&T), Joe Lynn Turner (Rainbow), Doug Aldrich (Dio, Whitesnake), Joe Travers (Duran Duran, Dweezil Zappa), Brian Tichy (Ozzy Osbourne, Billy Idol), Bryan Beller (Dweezil Zappa, Steve Vai,), Mars Cowling (Pat Travers), to name a few. |

For more than 25 years, Rob McDowell has been laying down the grooves, earning him the reputation as one of the top first call Bassists in the Tampa Bay area. He has honed his craft playing everything from Jazz to Rock all over the world. Right out of high school Rob went out on the road touring the U.S. and British Columbia playing keyboards and bass on the top 40 circuit, choosing to get his musical education “old school” style by learning on the bandstand instead of college, where he was tempted with vocal scholarships. Rob also used his musical talents and experience to become a concert sound engineer, mixing concerts and tour managing for Jazz artists such as Richard Elliot, Rick Braun, Jeff Golub, Mindi Abair, and Peter White to name a few. Rob always seems to have a knack for getting in the best bands, and Category Three is no exception. |
